Encoding
The video is encoded using XviD 1.2.1 Because of a frame index issue, the VLC player is unable to play videos correctly.
You must therefore use the Windows Media Player after you have verified that the XviD codec is installed.
If your scenario raise an error after Video Diagnosis activation, with raise of watchdog, check the following registry key:
