    Solution(s)

    This message means that you are using an account who hasn't right on the registry editor.
    Use an administrator account

    2. Newtest Route Add: Couldn't add route

    Review details problem

    Message "Newtest Route Add: Couldn't add route (), dwStatus = 65." in HTTP_TP.TRC

    Solution(s)

    This message means that the user account used is not allowed to create/add routes for Newtest, rights problem.
    Use an administrator account

    3. Error gened51.dll

    Review details problem

    Error gened51.dll when launching RunNewtestWait.exe

    Solution(s)

     Check if RUNNEWTESTWAIT.EXE is on the C:\Newtest\Exe folder

    Solution(s)

    • Reset the robot physical/logical keys association from the NMC interface in System/Components
    • Activate the probe from the components view in the NMC

    The probe opens and closes automatically after a few seconds.

    6. Session mode probe cannot create its session

    Review details problem

    You may find the following logs for a probe in session mode(installed on a Windows Server) in circle.

    Solution(s)

    1. Make sure Remote access is activated for the server machine.
